When you log into the Roamli portal you will be able to toggle between two options, "Events" and "Challenges". Note that regardless of your subscription plan you'll be able to navigate the same features, however events you create can only be activated on the "Creator" tier.

Events are experiences such as Scavenger Hunts and Walking Tours which consist of individual Challenges.

To create a brand new event select the "Create Event" button underneath the main header.

Upon selecting Create Event you will be taken to the Event Description page where you can input all key details regarding your experience.

First select whether it's a "Challenge Track" or "Scavenger Hunt" and complete all mandatory sections (highlighted in red). Note that you will not be able to create the event unless you have at least one Challenge included.

Once you create the event, you can add/remove Challenges at any time leading up to the start time of your experience. We recommend creating at least one Challenge first before creating your event so you can set up the description details.

Once you start adding Challenges they will appear on the event map under Challenge Details. You can toggle the Hide Line function if you want to create a specific route or just have them appear as standalone Challenges.

Once it's saved, you will see your event appear on the main menu of your portal along with basic analytics. Your header will populate based on the number of Events, Challenges, Views, and more.
